Welcome! Because we partner with top-tier brands through Shopify Collective to bring you a wider variety of unique products, some items in your order may be sourced and shipped directly from our trusted brand partners.


1. Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the supplier and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Because we source products from different partners, items in a single order may ship separately.

• Combined Checkout: Even if your items are shipped from multiple locations, your shipping fees are calculated together and presented as one total at checkout.Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes [3-7] business days once your order leaves the supplier’s warehouse. 

3. Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once an item is fulfilled and shipped by our brand partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages. 

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, processing times can occasionally fluctuate during peak seasons. If a supplier experiences a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
