1.Order Cancellation Policy
Because we partner with independent brands to fulfill orders directly, cancellation requests must be submitted quickly. You can request to cancel your order directly from your order confirmation email or by contacting us at within a [ 2 ] hour window of placing your order.
**If your order has already entered the fulfillment process or shipped from the supplier, we may not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process.
2.Supplier Approval
All cancellation requests are subject to approval by the third-party supplier. If the supplier has already processed or shipped the order, the cancellation request may be declined. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your cancellation request.
3.Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved by the supplier, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow [5-7] business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
4.Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, style, or for an identical replacement if your piece arrives damaged or defective.All exchange requests must be submitted through our Return Portal, and are subject to item availability.
5.Split Returns for Multi-Brand Orders: If your order contains clothing items from multiple partner brands, they must be returned separately. Our system will provide distinct return shipping labels for each package to ensure they arrive safely back at the correct designer's warehouse.
